Liquidator Plushie

I tried my best, but I'm not entirely sure he's accurate. Why does he have to be made of constantly shifting water? I know he doesn't have feet, but I was kinda on auto pilot when I did his legs, and I didn't notice until it was too late. This'll be the last DW plush I do for a bit. I was going to make Negaduck next, but I ran out of yellow fleece and I'm broke, so I can't buy anymore.
